GAG-F323 Sponge Density Meter1.Application: shoe material, foam, EVA material, EPDM rubber and plastics industry.2.Principle: According to the ASTM D 3574 and JIS and GB/T1033, GB/T 533 specifications, the materials mentioned in the shoe material, foam, EVA are water-absorbing products, using the Archimedes buoyancy method. Principle, using the vacuum, boiling saturation method, dipping method to quickly read the measured value.3.Three density measurement modes:Mode 1: For the non-absorbent material products, the specific gravity and volume of the product can be directly read.Mode 2: For water-absorbing foam and EVA material products, body density, wet density, apparent porosity, water absorption, opening volume, sealing volume and total porosity can be directly read.Mode 3: For water-absorbent products, the water absorption rate of the water-absorbing material can be directly read.4.Specification:| Model | GAG-F323 |
