The equipment is controlled by Siemens PLC plus stepping motor, equipped with all stainless steel manipulators, vacuum suction cup structure, and standard TFT true color LCD touch screen, which can preset the test angle and speed, so as to truly simulate the opening and closing of the washing machine door by hand. Intelligent control method.
The equipment consists of an electrical control cabinet, a sample rack and two manipulators mounted on it (driven by a stepping motor). The frame is composed of high-grade aluminum alloy profiles, and the manipulators are installed on the beams and pillars of the frame. It has strong versatility and can meet the test of washing machines of different sizes with left and upper doors.
